Dr. Hammad Ullah is an Assistant Professor at the School of Pharmacy, University of Management and Technology, Lahore. He holds a PhD in Nutraceuticals from the University of Naples Federico II, Italy, and a Habilitation in Food Chemistry. His research focuses on bioactive compounds, nutraceuticals, functional foods, clinical evaluation of food bioactive, and sustainable food innovation. He has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed publications, a book, and several book chapters. Dr. Hammad has delivered keynote and invited lectures across Europe and Asia and has received multiple international awards for his scientific contributions. His work connects analytical chemistry, nutrition, and translational health sciences to develop evidence-based solutions for metabolic health and sustainable food systems.
